What is the last day to order to get my order in time for Christmas?
For shipped orders, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for any orders placed after December 18th. If you are based in Oslo we recommend you select in store pickup to ensure you have it in time.
Is it possible to pickup orders during the week of December 18-21?
Yes! We'll be in the store every day this week. To help us please place your order online ahead of time.
Can I stop by your store to pickup a candle instead of ordering online?
In most cases yes however there is a high amount of orders so we prefer you place your order online and give us 2 days to prepare the order.
Is there time to place large orders?
At this time no. We can no longer prepare large orders (more than 5 candles) from this point.
What is the last day you are open and available for pickup?
We will be closed from December 22nd until December 28th.
